Who operates RoamVia

RoamVia is operated by Pipe IT Consultancy Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 14405325. Registered office: Mansion House, Manchester Road, Altrincham, WA14 4RW, United Kingdom.

Information we use

We use identity information required to operate your account, including your encrypted contact email, encrypted trip and support information you choose to provide, and anonymous operational telemetry needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

How information is protected

Sensitive content is encrypted by the RoamVia service before it is stored. Database administrators cannot read protected fields. Passwords are handled by Microsoft Entra and are never stored in RoamVia databases.

Service notifications

We use your encrypted contact email to notify you when RoamVia support replies. Notification emails do not contain support messages or trip information; you must sign in to read the response securely.

Operational logging

Logs use anonymous account references and exclude itinerary content, booking references, support messages, precise locations, authentication tokens and email addresses.

Shared itineraries

When you create a sharing link, RoamVia stores an encrypted snapshot containing only the categories you selected. Links may be protected with a PIN, expire automatically and can be revoked immediately. Anyone who receives both the link and any required PIN can view that snapshot until it expires or is revoked.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your information through your account or by contacting support. Statutory retention requirements may apply.
